Tadrart Magic Trek

Come and discover one of the most beautiful deserts of the Sahara through this superb hike: the Tadrart, a series of mineral landscapes will transport you to a world of unreal imaginary forms.

During your hike, you will discover the red dunes of the Tadrart which offers one of the most fantastic landscapes of the Sahara as well as many cave paintings. La Tadrart is located southeast of Djanet, capital of Tassili N'ajjer.

It will be a permanent spectacle of a mixture of rocks and colored sand with glowing reflections.

Day 1 Saturday: Flight France / Algiers, transfer to Algiers national airport (200 m)

Then Flight Algiers 11 p.m. - Djanet 1:15 a.m. (Sunday).

Welcome at Djanet airport by our Tuareg guide and our team.

Transfer to the agency's guest house to spend the night.

Day 2 Sunday: Via Oued In Djaren, arrival in Tadrart and to start the hike with the discovery of the first site of cave paintings. Very nice walks to arrive at Moul Naga in the evening. Bivouac and overnight

Day 3 to 6 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday): From this third day, our steps lead us in the direction of one of the most beautiful dunes of the Sahara: Tin Merzouga. On the way, we will have at leisure, the chance to admire of course full of wonderful sites: pretty engravings of elephants, other animals and also characters who testify to a prehistoric civilization of more than four thousand years before JC

We will also pass by Bouhadian, before discovering the Tiska circus, the hedgehog-shaped rock called in Touareg Ekenesse? and many other extraordinary places. Bivouac.

Day 7 Friday: Discovery of "the crying cow" before arriving in Djanet for a visit of the city, its gardens and its market with its fabrics.

Discovery of the city's blacksmiths, creators of Tuareg jewelry.

Shower in the Moorish bath and transfer to the agency's guest house for one last night.

Day 8 Saturday: Transfer to the airport for Djanet flight at 4:15 a.m.

Arrive Algiers at 6:30 a.m., then head to the international airport for a return flight.
