Refund and Return Policies of Tripcook

1. Should a paid Member, for whatever reason, decide to cancel his/her membership with Tripcook within 30 calendar days after purchase of the services, 100% of the amount paid shall be refunded. After the period of 30 days, no refund is possible.

2. The refund can be effected either using the same method, for example, a credit card payment, as it was used by the payer, or using other applicable methods as may be agreed between Tripcook and the member.

3. A member who requested a refund shall be degraded in Membership to the corresponding level below the current paid level of Membership.
