Good Evening,
We will be staying at Burasari Resort Phuket for 14 nights from Monday 18th March 2013. I have finally almost completed the reservation process to which has been a very disappointing hassle. I have emailed at least 10 times to which I had no response to till my 6 email and internation calls twice,I finally resorted to social media ( Facebook ) to get a response.
All I hope is that the stay will not be as un professional as the last 4 days of frustration!
