Our experience was great...would recommend Saga tours when in Western Africa. Driver Hamma C and guide Harouna D drove 2 1/2 days to Ghana to meet us, and took time to find our small hotel the afternoon before they picked us up early in the morning, which impressed the owner of the hotel. Saga tours provided a great variety of experiences on our trip through Ghana, Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, ending in Mali when they bid us farewell at the airport. Hamma was an excellent, skilled driver...Harouna took such good care of us taking us places & getting local guides as needed, translating when necessary & was so patient with us in markets shopping. Assou the owner checked in from time to time to make sure we were doing well on the tour, and was great about exchanging the many emails with all my questions as we set up the tour. We were not sure what to expect for that long a trip but were very happy with the experiences. Harouna, Hamma, Assou all were so hospitable and helped us enjoy our trip in Western Africa.
