TRIP NEVER MATERIALIZED!! The owner Ms. Shiva of this Exotic Vacations company had collected an advance fee of Rs. 1, 25, 000 from me in the year 2019. The trip was to materialize in January 2020. But she cancelled the trip stating that the climate will be too cold for me. And she said that I am too kiddish and feminine to do this trip in a severe cold climate. She has insulted me many times since the time I booked the trip with her in year 2019. She has given me various names like dumbass, idiot, feminine and retard. She definitely takes her customers for granted. Especially if they are not of the street smart category and they are of innocent or decent category. I have been to Bhutan thrice that is in 2013, 2015 and 2017. Basically, I travel every 2 years to Bhutan. I love this place. But this lady has ruined my entire experience and duped me of thousands of rupees. In April 2020, the Covid pandemic started. And I lost all my money. This lady has not repaid my refund yet. She owes me the entire trip expense that is an amount of INR 1,25,000. Please be careful of Exotic Vacation Bhutan. I think this is a fraudulent company and the service is really horrible. You will never be able to materialize your trip if you book your vacation with this company. I had filed a complaint with Bhutan tourism council and they had given her a 2 month deadline to refund my money. She could not meet the deadline and I am at a loss of INR 1,25,000. Really bogus tour agent. Most of her good reviews are bogus and fake.
