BE AWARE. They charged my credit card without any authorization and they refused to cancel the transaction even though I managed to track them down within two days. FRAUDULENT COMPANY. You have been warned.

EVERYONE READ THIS PLEASE!! The behaviour of this company is unbelievable! So here is my advice for EVERYONE NOW. If like me you are still waiting for your money back from this company then this is what we now have to do. 1) CONTACT THE AIRLINE: I have contacted the airline in which I was supposed to travel with to find out if a refund has been issued or not. You will need your booking number to be sure to have your confirmation email at hand. Mine was refunded. 2) CONTACT TRAVEL COMPANY: Let them know that you have been in contact with the airline and your ticket(s) have been refunded. If they still claim to have not received the refund from the airline. 3) TIME TO MAKE AN OFFICIAL COMPLIANT: Sorry but you are more than likely not going to get your money back now. If you spoke to the travel company then you will know that it was some person in India answering your call and reading from a script they were given. That is why they keep repeating the same thing over and over because they don't know how to answer outside of that script. So this is what you need to do next. 4) CONTACT konsumentverket. se/ (not allowed to put links in so that is why it is broken) and make an official complaint against the company. If enough people complain then this will be taken to a Swedish court by the government to protect the people. Yes, this will take a bit of your time, but think of all the other people you will be helping by getting this company shut down. 5) LARGE AMOUNT: If your travel came to a large amount then you can also make a claim here kronofogden. se/Ansokaombetalningsforelaggande.html (not allowed to put links in so that is why it is broken) This costs you money 300kr to apply. So maybe it is only worthwhile to you if the money you are losing is a large amount. You can claim against the company. As it is a registered company in Sweden you got to love the information that you can find online for free. For instance, the CEO is Max Mathias Hedlund of Stockholm, I will let you find his address yourself. But it is amazing that the same person is CEO of: Gotogate International AB Etraveli Group AB Svenska Resegruppen AB If you check out the reviews for all these companies you will see the same pattern that people are claiming not being refunded and making the same complaints. THE TRUTH IS THAT DUE TO MUCH LOWER BOOKINGS - BEING A TOURIST MIDDLEMAN THEY SUFFER FINANCIALLY and DO FINANCE THEIR BUSINESS COSTS WITH NON-REFUNDED CUSTOMERS TICKETS. THE MORE TICKETS REMAIN NON-REFUNDED AND/OR CHARGED WITH ADDITIONAL FEES - THE MORE MONEY THAY KEEP WITH THEM. LIKE TRUE THIEVES THEY OPERATE ALL OVER THE WORLD UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES SOMETIMES AS SUPERSAVER SOMETIMES AS GOTOGATE - THIS, HOWEVER, IS THE SAME SCAMMER. Worst travel website. I'm waiting for 14 month for the refund for my tickets cancelled due to the COVID19 situation. This month Supersaver told me they have done the refund (for 37thousands rub instead of 42, bc they took a commission for their service - lol, for complete lack of it, I suppose?!). I contacted my bank, they've never got any money. Today Supersaver refused to clarify their official company name and details on the refund (which my bank asked me to give), and suddenly told me my payment have been made via Yandex, and I need to check my Yandex acc for the money. I don't have a yandex account! I paid for the tickets by my credit card directly on Supersaver website. Now they are telling me some yandex account (which I have never had!) is involved. From my point of view, I need to contact my lawyer to start a lawsuit, because they have my money for over a year now and refuse to give it back. Order JCKLKL.
