I arranged 3 excursions with Open Tour from CA via e-mail. In all communications my contacts were extremely responsive, clear, flexible, excellent English, and experts in their field. It was important to me to have excellent guides, with deep knowledge and passion for the city, its architecture, history and art. Both guides arranged for my tours were exceptionally good. Even if I tried hard, I wouldn't be able to find any flaws in how things were organized. If I ever need another tour - Open Tour would be my first and only choice. I strongly recommend them to anybody - a five star company.
