Stayed in Whitesands sarova, Mombasa in july 2012. Amazing stay, lovely food & good staff!!!! A wonderful place to stay in Mombasa. Good swimiing pools & good kids menu as well!!!! kEEP IT UP

myself and a work collegue recently stayed at this hotel from 5/4/10213 untill 9/4/2013, the hotel looks very grand but be carefull we had our room safe opened twice during this stay and a substantial amount of many was taken at first hotel did not seem to belive us untill we showed them the safe had been un programmed apparently a investigation is being undertaken at moment ?? but to be honest we did not get much help from hotel they did not even offer to assist us getting to airport when we were checking out even though they new all our cash and credit cards were stolen, it seemed they just wanted us to leave quickly and quietly, be very carefull, we will not use this group of hotels again for buisness thats for sure
