Long hot summer days through beautiful autumn evenings through infamous Canadian winter, we are set up and with a lifetime of experience, in this exact location, we have the expertise, equipment and accommodations to show you an all-round experience. Our year round 10 bedroom ranch house/lodge features all the modern comforts and sits in the middle of this wildlife rich area of Alberta. Whitetail deer, mule deer, moose and elk are all around. And for the more adventurous, there are tents, cabins and even a tepee located in private secluded areas if you want to spend a night (or more) in that venue. It’s up to you. In addition to game watching there are unique experiences that you can take advantage of to see the real fabric of western Canada. Visit and tour farms and ranches, tour a local Hutterite Colony, visit and sample from a small town Brewery, see the 112 year old train trestle that spans over ? mile across the Battle River. Depending on the time of year you choose to travel there are all kinds of additional adventures you can enjoy. Hiking, golf, cross country skiing, canoeing/rafting the Battle River, mountain biking, horse/mule drawn wagon/sleigh rides, horseback tours, ATV excursions, snow mobile tours and bird watching. When you are focused on wildlife watching, heated, enclosed permanent blinds are situated in several areas. Spotting certain species and stalking in close with a camera is also an exciting method that can be deployed whenever a situation demands.
