On board guide: Average - helpful but weak ambiguous communication
Tour guides: St Petersburg, Uglich & Kizhi- excellent & knowledgeable . Others are average - too much obvious information e.g 'tomorrow is Monday'
Crew and staff: Excellent except the Cruise Director who did not check the information given to travellers and arranged some very poor schedules so we often felt rushed and short changed - inflexible approach
Excursions: Very good value - should include Kremlin Armoury and drop Mandrogui where there are too many sellers and not enough history
Food : Very good - Dining arrangements are inflexible - always the same table and seat - even when some travellers are on optional excursions and those who remain could sit and get to know new company.
Cabin : Very good
