We booked our holiday through Citrus holidays who used Sunway holidays in Sri Lanka for our tour. We visited Sri Lanka from the 5th August to the 17th and have never had better service. We were met at the airport and taken to our first hotel in Negombo where we met our guide and driver Michael who stayed with us throughout the tour. We were treated like VIP's everywhere we went. We visited all the sites and Michael made sure that we didnt have to que anywhere. Michael was a very safe driver in the mad traffic of Sri Lanka and very knowledgeable and an excellent guide. Michael was a star and we cant praise him enough.
All of the hotels that we stayed at were outstanding and the staff all very attentive and helpful. The tours were excellent (especially enjoyed the elephant safari). Michael soon got the idea of what me and my sister liked and offered extra excursions that we may like. We did everything offered and was well worth it, especially enjoying the village visit.
The whole holiday was well worth the money and i would highly recommend it to anyone. I have never been treated so well on my travels.
Thank you Sunway and we cant thank Michael enough, he was like a brother! He is a credit to the company and and excellent guide.
