Pokalde Peak Climbing

Pokalde Peak was first climbed in 1953, Via the Kongma La along its north ridge by the 1953 Everest expedition team led by John Hunt. Pokalde looks like a crenulated rocky ridge dominated by the vast bulk of Nuptse when seen from Nuptse. The mountain has a small hanging glacier, which is best reached along the ridge rising from the Knogman La. On its northern side. Although the summit is comparatively smaller than the rest, it provides a good viewpoint.

Day 04: Trek to Namche bazzar,3441 m

Day 05: Acclimatization day- Trekking around Namche Bazaar

Day 06: Trek to Tengbuche, 3860 m

Day 07: Trek to Dingbuche, 4400 m

Day 08: Acclimatization Day- Hiking Chhkung Ri back to Dingbuche

Day 11: Early Morning ascent to Kala Pattar 5545 m and descent to Dingbuche, 4400m

Day 12: Trek to Chhukung, 4710 m
