* Our professional English speaking guide and driver will pick up tourist at your hotel .Then , go straight to Cu Chi Tunnel .

* Cu Chi Tunnel System is over 60 km away from Ho Chi Minh City . It takes more than one hour and thirty minutes to reach there .

* On arrival , tourist will spend around 20 minutes to watch a short documentary film about history of Cu Chi tunnel system .

* Then , Our professional English speaking guide will take tourist to explore more about history of this famous man made tunnel system .

* Tourist has chance to go inside of this tunnel system to discover more about the architect style of this tunnel system from inside .

* Especially , tourist also has chance to enjoy shooting gun with different types , such as :

AK 47 , M 1 , M 60 , M 30 , M 16 , Carbine so on ... , however , It's NOT free .

* About Cu Chi Tunnel System :

* The first tunnel system was built in the year 1948 during French Army and their allies occupied Viet Nam and Indochina as well .

Tourist started to go inside of Cu Chi Tunnel System

However , the first tunnel system was built ( by hand ) by local Vietnamese people in order to hide from Enemy only .

* And the main tunnel system was officially built from 1961-1967 during American War in Viet Nam ( 1961-1973 ) .

* This time , not only Vietnamese people used this tunnel system for hiding from enemy but also used for fighting against them .

* So that , the whole tunnel system took almost 20 years to build ( by hand) , by local Vietnamese people and Our soldiers .

* It's more than 200 km in length with three different layers ,the first layer is over 4 m in depth , second layer is over 8 m in depth , and the third layer is over 12 m in depth .

Especially , each layer got some different bunkers with different functions , such as :

Shelter Bunker , Fighting Bunker , Living Bunker , Commanding Room , Hospital , School , Meeting Room , Water Well ,Kitchen , Rest Room , even Traps so on ...

Tourist just came out of Cu Chi Tunnel System
